CAYLOS MIX & MASTER LLC TERMS OF SERVICE

This service allows you to have your songs mixed and (or) mastered by a professional mix (or) mastering engineer, as well as get the mixed and mastered song "tracks" from our e-mail, dropbox, or website. 

We take steps to keep your information safe. Your information is protected both online and offline when you submit sensitive information via our website or e-mail. This includes your audio recordings, as well as your name, phone number, address, and email address, as well as any other information you submit us. We don't use any tracking cookies at all. We also use access control mechanisms, network firewalls, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unwanted access.

This website contains content that we own, have licensed to us, or have permission to use. The design, layout, look, appearance, audio files, and graphics are all examples of this material. Reproduction is illegal and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Unauthorized use of this website may result in a lawsuit and/or be considered a criminal violation.

PAYMENTS: 

Before any work on your material may begin, you must pay in full. 

Any major credit or debit card is accepted for online payments.

SAMPLES:

We have a number of audio samples of our work available. The samples offered have been mixed and (or) mastered according to the clients' preferences. The samples do not represent how every project will sound; if you hear something you don't like, keep in mind that you have ultimate control over how your projects sound.

MATERIAL UPLOAD:

For our Mixing and Mastering services, we provide guidance on how to properly prepare and transmit your content. Before uploading any material, the client is responsible for following these instructions. The client is liable for the following when using our services:

- The recorded material's quality. 

- The sound quality of one-track and two-track instrumentals. 

- Ensure that any content supplied for mastering is properly prepared. 

- Vocal and instrument arrangement and layout. 

- Assuring that all audio files required for the requested service are present. 

- Ensuring that the material has been properly prepared and sent. 

- Ensuring that all notes and requests are detailed in the documentation. 

- Double-checking that contact information is accurate and spelled correctly. 

- Copyrights for any item uploaded.

If the client's content is not properly prepared or submitted, it will either be rejected or the services will be provided using the material as received.

DELIVERY TIME:

The current delivery time for mixing is to receive your FIRST mix(es) for review; the length of time it takes to complete this service is determined on how many adjustments are required after you evaluate your first mix. When you're happy with the mix(es), the files will be packaged and emailed to you. The current delivery time for Mastering is to obtain your finalized Masters; the length of time it takes to accomplish this service is determined on how many revisions are required after you evaluate your Masters. REVISIONS:

A specific number of revisions are included in each mixing package. The revisions phase is for making small changes to the information provided in the original mixing form. Revisions can take up to 5 business days to complete (Though are sometimes delivered sooner depending on the studio schedule) Keep in mind that the turnaround time for revisions may be extended without notice in certain cases. 

You have up to 5 days after receiving your mix to request free revisions. You have two days after each revision to request another free revision. After the specified number of days, your project is declared complete, and any leftover free revisions are no longer available. If you require a revision after your project has been completed, you must place a new order at the rate listed on the Services & Pricing page.

MIX APPROVALS:

Even if you haven't used up all of your revisions, after you accept your main mix, you won't be able to have anything revised in the mix (without paying further expenses).

RADIO EDITS:

Some packages include a Radio Edit, which mutes or reverses the curse words. You can say which of the two you prefer in your first mixing form, but if you don't, the engineer will choose the best option based on the wording (s). For example, there are some swear words that sound the same even when reversed, therefore these will be muted while all others will be reversed.

STORAGE:

The materials you supplied to us will be erased from our systems 60 days after your job is done. Revisions, radio edits, instrumental exports, performance exports, acapella exports, and processed stem exports will no longer be available to buy for that song after this point. Unless you submit your material again and have it mixed and (or) mastered.

SALES AND DISCOUNTS:

We occasionally provide promotions and discounts on our services. These discounts are available for a limited period only. Even if the job has not yet been completed, when a client orders a service during the sale, the client knows that the sale is final and that no refunds or credits would be given. The client also understands that the order placed during the sale will not have a specified turnaround time. Orders placed during a sale are filled in a first-come, first-served basis. If rush delivery is available during a sale, the rush delivery price will not be decreased.

REFUNDS:

Caylos Mix and Master services are non-tangible, irreversible electronic goods.

Full refunds are available if the following conditions are met: 

-You place an order for any service at https://www.caylosmixmaster.com but fail to provide content within 60 days. 

Partial refunds are possible if the following conditions are met: 

-You purchase a Mixing and Mastering package and receive your first mix, but you do not want your project mixed or mastered. In this case, you will be eligible for a 50 percent refund on the mixing component of the service and a complete refund on the Mastering half of the service

- You order a Mixing and Mastering package and receive your first and second updated mixes, but you don't want your project to be mixed or mastered any longer. In this case, you will be eligible for a complete refund for the Mastering portion of the service.

There will be no refunds under these circumstances:

- You order mixing and/or mastering services but do not submit your work within 60 days. 

- You purchase a Mixing and Mastering package, receive your first mix and amended mix(es), and either affirm your satisfaction with any of the mixes or request that mastering begin. 

- You place an order for mixing and mastering, and your project is completed, uploaded, and sent. 

- You place an order for Mastering, and the mastering is completed, uploaded, and sent. 

- You place an order for mixing and mastering, receive your first mix(es) or revised mix(es), and do not react within 60 days of receiving your mix(es) or amended mix(es) (es). 

- You place an order for digital products and download them.

If a refund is requested, we may offer credits for our services in the amount chosen by us, depending on the circumstances. Only 30 days after being offered, these credits can be redeemed. The client is responsible for reading and comprehending all terms and conditions, as well as the refund procedures.
