CAYLOS MIX & MASTER REFUND POLICY

caylosmixandmaster.com services are non-tangible, irreversible electronic items.

We are committed to ensuring that our clients are satisfied. If you are dissatisfied with your results, we will gladly make any minor tweaks and adjustments at no cost to you (Before Mastering). You can use your Free Revision(s) or acquire a revision add-on to make larger changes (To find out which services include free revisions visit www.caylosmixmaster.com )

• If you order a service from caylosmixmaster.com but do not utilize it within 60 days, you will receive a full refund.

• If you acquire a Mixing and Mastering package and receive your initial mix but decide not to have your project mixed or mastered, you can get a partial refund. In this case, you will be eligible for a 50% refund on the mixing portion of the ordered service and a complete refund on the Mastering portion of the order.
• You order a Mixing and Mastering package and receive your first and second updated mixes, but you don't want your project mixed or mastered any more. You will be able to request a complete refund for the Mastering component of the service bought in this case.

• If you order a Mixing and Mastering package, receive your first mix and amended mix(es), and confirm you are satisfied with any of the mixes or request to proceed to mastering, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• You place an order for mixing and mastering, and your project is finished, uploaded, and sent.
• You place an order for Mastering, and the mastering is completed, uploaded, and sent.
• You place an order for mixing and mastering, receive your initial or updated mix(es), and do not answer after 60 days.

If a refund is requested, we may offer credits for our services in the amount chosen by us, depending on the circumstances. Only 30 days after being offered, these credits can be redeemed. When you purchase any service from us, you are responsible for understanding this. You automatically agree to all of these terms by placing an order at www.caylosmixmaster.com.
